Earthshaker Security provides security testing and advisory services. These terms apply to use of earthshakersecurity.com and, until a signed service agreement supersedes them, to any engagement discussion begun through it.
Services are provided by Earthshaker Security. Correspondence about this site or an engagement should go to contact@earthshakersecurity.com; correspondence about a vulnerability in our own systems to security@earthshakersecurity.com.
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to test, and no submission through this site authorizes us to test anything. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a scope document naming the assets, the window and the fee.
Fees are quoted per engagement and fixed for the agreed scope. One-off engagements are invoiced on delivery of the report, net 14. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and may be canceled with 30 days notice. Scope changes are re-quoted before work continues.
The report and its findings are yours. The methodology, tooling and templates behind it remain ours. You may share your report freely, including with customers and auditors; please share it whole rather than in extracts.
You warrant that you own the assets in scope or are authorized to permit testing of them, and that you have obtained any third-party permission required. You indemnify us against claims arising from an authorization you did not actually hold.
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. We make no warranty that testing will identify all vulnerabilities or that your systems are or will remain secure. A report finding no serious vulnerabilities is a full, paid deliverable — we bill for the work, not the bug count. Every finding is reproduced by hand; if we report something you cannot reproduce, that finding is on us. See the testing disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
These terms and any engagement under them are governed by the law of United States, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer or statutory law that cannot be limited by agreement.
The signed service agreement for an engagement takes precedence over this page where they conflict. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on the date your scope document is signed.
